Health Advocates can help with your web site — from initial concept to design, content creation and timely, efficient management. Our web communications clients range in size and complexity from a coalition of nearly every large health care organization in Minnesota to a small international non-profit.
The Multilingual Health Resource Exchange is a complex site that includes a searchable, downloadable library of more than 4,000 patient health materials in multilple languages. The site offers resources and research on the relationship between health status disparities and communication, plus regularly updated tips on best practices in cross-cultural care.

Similarly, we've worked closely with international medicine expert Dr. Patricia Walker to design the structure and content of a website for the Medtronic-funded Consortium on Health and Mobility.
Another client is The Garden Letter, a blog and video library developed in the open source content management system, Drupal, for the well-known garden writer, Bonnie Blodgett. Drupal is a powerful, flexible tool that allows users to manage their own web content.
Other clients have included the internationally-regarded Bolivian nature artist Oscar Tintaya, renowned for his careful renderings of Bolivia's birds. This is one of several sites we have prepared for Spanish-speaking clients.
Much closer to home, we built an
organization, Frogtown Gardens, with a mission of creating an urban farm and greenspace in St. Paul's most culturally diverse neighborhood. We created the organization's web site content and design, and maintain both that site and related social media sites that keep a network of supporters informed.
